PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Operations Demonstrated ability to read and review a profit statement and losses to identify areas for improvement Sales systems to maintain accurate inventory and manage the cycle count process Maintain inventory integrity by overseeing the cycle count and inventory count processes Assist the General Manager in managing store-level human resources or loss prevention issues, as necessary Oversee the practices of the corporate finance department Coordinate facilities management to ensure the safety and security of customers and employees expectations to support the brand consistency Ensure store presentation standards are achieved and maintained. concentration during the pick-up and check-out process Handle complaints and other KCM/MOD duties as required Ensure maximum schedule coverage, especially during peak periods Interface with head office employees Ensure orders are are shipped including samples (e-commerce) Manage checkbook for P&L and assist CEM with operational budget/expenses and compliance Assist stall team with resets, displays and display credits (Merchandising) Administer W/C issues and associated claims and maintains OSHA logs in coordination with Store S Support Center Warehouse / Direct Logistics / Oversee truck appointments, communicate scheduling and manage scheduling issues (Logistics) Assist with customer pickups, audit storage, and maintain pre-sales/FDXI Involved in resetting d Sales in conjunction with Warehouse team (packing/night) Management review and assess associate performance in a timely manner. communicate ideas to the General Manager Address and document unsatisfactory performance and violations of Associate policies through the administration of disciplinary action and performance guidance Ensure compliance with planning, hiring, payroll and scheduling processes activities Monitor, maintain and track company policies; support company expectations and systems Available to open and/or close store efficiently Perform additional management duties as needed MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years of retail management experience and ability proven to lead operations Ability to work in a very complex, high volume location Ability to exercise initiative and be self-directed Demonstrated competence in recruiting, hiring and training associates Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a rapidly changing environment by adapting to change with a sense of urgency Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure WORK (TRAVEL, HOURS, ENVIRONMENT) Occasional travel may be required, including dep airplane and car travel In the performance of his duties, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and to moving vehicles.
